Quality Policy

Quality is the key factor in obtaining and maintaining a high level of competitiveness, desired by any manufacturer.

The entire staff of SC CNC TECH SRL is aware that without determining and meeting the requirements and expectations of our customers, in order to increase their satisfaction, the organization cannot exist. However, we want not only to obtain customer satisfaction, in conditions of economic efficiency and profit, but also to establish long-lasting business partnerships with each of our customers.

We want to become market leaders in the field of general machining operations and in to this end, we conceive quality management as a system that works based on the following principles:

  • leadership, involvement and personal example;
  • staff involvement;
  • process-based approach;
  • a systemic approach to management;
  • continuous improvement;
  • facts decisions based;
  • partnership-based relations with suppliers.

As General Manager, I take full responsibility for the implementation of this quality policy and quality objectives and I undertake:

  • to ensure the conditions for the knowledge, maintenance, analysis and continuous improvement of the quality management system;
  • to ensure adequate material and human resources for the implementation and maintenance of this policy and quality objectives;
  • to ensure the achievement of a high level of performance of the products made by the organization, in compliance with the legal requirements applicable to our field of activity;
  • to ensure the awareness, involvement and commitment of all employees for the implementation of the policy and the achievement of quality objectives;
  • to ensure the necessary conditions for the training of employees in order to fulfil their tasks and responsibilities;
  • to ensure the communication within the society of the importance of satisfying the clients’ requirements, of the quality policy;
  • to periodically review SMC policy and SMC objectives to ensure their continued adequacy and effectiveness.

I ask every employee of our company to be fully aware of their personal responsibility for the quality of their work, to know and comply with the provisions of the quality management system documents and to bring to life our business principle that places the CUSTOMER at the heart of our business.
