Beside obtaining correct dimensions, machining is about achieving the correct finish or surface smoothness on the workpiece. Our operators know how to avoid inferior finish found on the machined surface of a workpiece, that may be caused by incorrect clamping, a dull tool, or inappropriate presentation of a tool.<\/p>\n

CNC Tech produces mechanically machined parts, on centers and lathes with numerical control. We have 8 processing centers, 6 vertical and 2 horizontals.<\/p>\n

Milling<\/strong><\/p>\n

We have the possibility to perform CNC milling operations, up to the dimensions of:<\/p>\n

1000 * 500 * 500 mm with an accuracy of +\/- 0.02 mm<\/p>\n

3000 * 1200 * 1000 mm with an accuracy of +\/- 0.5 mm.<\/p>\n

Turning<\/strong><\/p>\n

On lathes we perform CNC turning operations up to diameters of 250 mm on a length of 550 mm, precision +\/- 0.02 mm. These machining operations are performed on 2 lathes with CNC.<\/p>\n

Materials<\/strong><\/p>\n

We perform CNC machining on various materials: steel, aluminum, stainless steel, plastic.<\/p>\n
