CNC Tech – a company specializing in mechanical machining and metal structures – ISO 9001:2015 compliant – was founded in 2005. Right from the start, the new company has been able to draw on its extensive experience in both fields, because CNC Tech is the symbiotic product of two companies specialising in mechanical machining and metal structures.<\/p>\n
SC SERES PROD COM SRL, the Romanian component of CNC Tech, was established in 1998, with the production of welded structures and mechanical constructions as its business. Over time, the company has specialized in the production of metal structures for industrial scales, with addressability in the automotive and clothing industry.<\/p>\n
In 2005, MIMO SRL started its collaboration with the company MIMO, founded in 1984 in the region of Padua, Italy. MIMO is specialized in mechanical machining by chipping. From the very beginning the partnership between the two companies was successful, so that in the same year CNC Tech SRL was founded, by opening a small mechanical machining workshop.<\/p>\n
When CNC Tech was founded, its main field of activity was to be the machining of metals with the help of CNC machines, by turning and milling operations.<\/p>\n
Two years after setting up the small machine shop, the company’s growth required relocation to a larger space. Since 2007 CNC Tech has moved to a newly built hall with a usable area of 500 sqm, equipped with 2 overhead travelling cranes with a lifting capacity of 2 tons each.<\/p>\n
SC SERES PROD COM SRL continues its activity in its own production hall. It has a production area of 650 square meters, equipped with 2 overhead travelling cranes with a lifting capacity of 3.2 tons each.<\/p>\n
CNC Tech and SERES PROD operate independently, having separate business objects, but collaborate very well whenever necessary.<\/p>\n
CNC Tech team<\/strong><\/p>\n CNC Tech supports the pro-equality policy adopted at EU level, which emphasizes the role of women in industry and encourages their promotion while respecting equal pay, working conditions, career opportunities, training, and respect for motherhood and fatherhood as fundamental social values. CNC Tech recognizes and supports the need for an industrial policy that reflects the indispensable driving force of competitiveness, while guaranteeing the social and economic rights of workers.<\/p>\n In an attempt to respect and in the assent of the above, the CNC Tech company makes constant efforts to balance the share among the company\u2019s staff, having today no less than 18 women employed, out of a staff of 53 people. Of course, efforts are being made to train a well-prepared young human resource, therefore, the company always responds promptly to requests coming from educational institutions. Unfortunately, there are also problems at the company level that are reflected at the macro-economic level, the most pressing of which is the need of a large number of young people, well-prepared or with the desire and availability to train at work.<\/p>\n
